How is the scoring calibrated?

Every answer is scored 1–10 on technical depth, specificity, and communication against per-domain calibration rubrics (junior → senior). The report maps you to a level and tells you exactly what separates you from the next one. Coach mode adds a short lesson after weak answers; scoring is identical either way. Calibration is ongoing — we validate our levels against sessions from working security professionals, and the rubrics get sharper as that data comes in.

What happens to my voice data?

Your voice is processed live to run the conversation — we store transcripts, not audio recordings. Sessions auto-delete after 30 days, and you can request deletion any time. Full details in the Privacy Policy.

What if a session breaks?

If a session dies from a technical failure on our side, your credit is returned automatically — no support email required. Beyond that: credits never expire, unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase, and any billing issue gets a human answer within one business day.
